Arkansas City, Kan., Beef Processor to Voluntarily Run Mad Cow Testing.

Feb. 28--WICHITA, Kan. -- Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, an Arkansas City beef processor, is attempting to regain export markets lost to mad cow disease by voluntarily testing all of the animals it slaughters for the disease.
