Jan. 13--TOKYO -- Japan's retailing, food-processing and restaurant industries are concerned that the outbreak of bird flu at a poultry farm in Yamaguchi Prefecture may deal a blow to chicken consumption or force price hikes in imports from nations free of the flu, industry officials said Tuesday.
