Mazda to Recall 2,656 Vehicles to Fix Defective Emission Filter.

Mar. 18--TOKYO -- Mazda Motor Corp. said Thursday it will recall a total of 2,656 vehicles in four models to fix a defective diesel engine emission filter.

Subject to the recall are the Bongo truck, the Bongo Brawny van, the Delica van and the Vanette van manufactured between last December and February, Mazda said.

The Delica van was made for sale by Mitsubishi Motors Corp., while the Vanette van was made for Nissan Motor Co., Mazda said.
