New Owner of Inskip Automotive Group Plans Expansion of Warwick, R.I., Complex.

Dec. 9--PROVIDENCE, R.I.--United Auto Group Inc. announced plans yesterday to pour $25 million into its automobile dealerships in Warwick in order to renovate and upgrade the high-end automobile complex.

United Auto Group, a $7.4-billion publicly traded auto dealer in Detroit, Mich., bought the Inskip Automotive Group on Bald Hill Road in Warwick in April. UAG plans to rebuild several dealerships at the Inskip facility and make major renovations to some existing buildings on
