Rusted Navy Ships Leave Newport News, Va., Area on Final Journey.

Oct. 7--NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- It took eight tug boats to move them, but the first Ghost Fleet ships destined for a British scrap yard left the James River on Monday, ending months of planning, debate and protest.
