Aug. 8--HILLSBORO, Ore.--Wal-Mart has not decided whether to appeal the Hillsboro City Council's rejection of plans for its first store in Washington County, the company's Portland attorney said Thursday.
Wal-Mart officials still think the 26-acre property at Northwest Cornelius Pass and Baseline roads is a good location for a 210,155-s...uare-foot Supercenter, and they remain committed.
"They aren't looking at any other sites," said Greg Hathaway, Wal-Mar
