On the heels of the August footwear shows, both in the New York area and in Las Vegas, several children's shoe suppliers stepped into new categories. Some suppliers simply adjusted their size range to target smaller feet, some are looking to enter new channels of distribution with products they've never been in, and still others are adding girls' styles where they've only had boys' in the past.
